Piper Salvator focuses her practice on real estate litigation, drawing on more than five years of courtroom experience to help clients resolve property disputes.
Piper joined Demco Law Firm in 2026. She came to the firm after a career in public defense in Missouri and Washington, most recently with the Snohomish County Public Defender Association. That experience gives her a practical, trial-ready approach to litigation.
Piper earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Saint Louis University School of Law, graduating in the top ten percent of her class.
Outside the office, Piper enjoys hiking and camping with her two rescue dogs and trying Seattle’s restaurants.
