We are approved litigation defense counsel under multiple Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance policies held by our real estate brokerage firm clients. We also represent plaintiffs in a variety of real estate and commercial matters. The firm maintains a vigorous motions practice directed at obtaining prompt and cost-effective resolution of claims.

We evaluate all disputes on their merits and advise our clients against pursuing or settling unsubstantiated claims. In support of this philosophy we will prepare and litigate any case taken as though it will proceed to trial. In all cases we seek out the most effective strategy for resolution, including settlement when appropriate. Finally, we represent our clients in the litigation appeals process as necessary.
