Chris MacMillan is leading Demco Law Firm’s expansion into the Portland area. He is licensed in both Oregon and Washington.
Mr. MacMillan’s practice focuses on real estate transactions and a wide range of litigation matters, including property and contract disputes. He has represented and advised, among others, property owners, buyers, sellers, real estate brokers, and homeowner associations. He is approved as a continuing education instructor for real estate licensees in Oregon and Washington, and regularly teaches courses to real estate professionals in all aspects of real estate law.
Mr. MacMillan is a graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law where he was a member and executive editor of the Journal of Environmental Law and Litigation, a legal research and writing tutor, and a conference co-director of the world-renowned Public Interest Environmental Law Conference.
