Skyler Gunderson’s practice largely focuses on real estate litigation and disputes, handling a wide variety of real estate matters including contract disputes, boundary disputes, construction defect disputes, and any other dispute that may arise in conjunction with the purchase and sale of real estate. She also devotes a portion of her practice advising and teaching real estate brokers with best industry practices. Skyler recognizes that each real estate dispute presents unique questions and tailors her representation to focus on effective and efficient problem-solving for each client.
Skyler began her career at Demco in August 2018 after graduating, with honors, from the University of Iowa School of Law in May 2018. Before law school, Skyler attended Montana State University and received a BA in Political Science with a minor in Hispanic Studies.
When not working, Skyler enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, camping, hiking, and, though unpopular in Seattle, cheering on the Green Bay Packers.
