Jackson D. Stayner

Jackson Stayner focuses his practice on real estate litigation, helping clients navigate real estate disputes and achieve their legal goals.

Jackson joined Demco Law Firm in 2024. During law school, he gained hands-on experience as part of the Small Business Legal Clinic, where he assisted clients with their legal needs to help grow their small businesses.

He graduated cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon in 2024, where he served as an Article Editor for the Lewis & Clark Law Review. Jackson earned his B.S. from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo (Cal Poly) in 2021.

Outside of work, Jackson enjoys skiing, cheering on his favorite Seattle sports teams, and going to the movies.
