David Daniel graduated cum laude from the Seattle University School of Law in 2003 and has been with Demco Law Firm ever since, becoming a shareholder in 2013. Mr. Daniel's practice focuses primarily on counseling of the firm's real estate broker clients in their transactions, negotiations, problem solving, and contract drafting.

David maintains an active litigation and dispute resolution practice in both Washington and Oregon, primarily as defense counsel for broker clients. He is certified by the state of Washington as a continuing education instructor and frequently teaches clock-hour courses to real estate professionals in all aspects of real estate law. 

In his free time, Dave enjoys playing chess, golf, strumming his guitar, and cheering on the Seahawks and Colorado Buffaloes.
