Lars Neste focuses his practice on real estate litigation. Lars joined Demco Law Firm in 2000 and became the managing partner in 2007. He is an approved continuing education instructor for real estate licensees by the Washington Department of Licensing and regularly teaches all areas of real estate law to real estate professionals. Lars is actively involved in the creation and updating of real estate industry forms and laws. He has also taught continuing legal education real estate courses for attorneys.
He graduated from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon in 1998, where he served as a member and associate editor of the Law Review. During law school, Lars received the West Publishing Company Corpus Juris Secundum award in 1996. He has been nominated as a Super Lawyer© since 2022.
Outside the office, Lars enjoys skiing, boating, hiking and Husky football.
