Hannah Blankers concentrates her practice on real estate transactional matters and business entity formation. She regularly assists clients with creating and maintaining LLCs and other business structures, while also drafting and reviewing a wide range of real estate documents including purchase and sale agreements, easements, covenants, boundary line agreements, construction contracts, independent contractor agreements, powers of attorney, commission agreements, and tenant-in-common agreements.
Hannah began her career at Demco Law Firm as a law clerk in January 2017 while still in law school, and transitioned to a full-time associate position with the firm later that year.
She earned her B.A. from the University of Washington with a dual degree in Law, Societies & Justice and Psychology. Hannah then graduated magna cum laude from Seattle University School of Law in 2017. During law school, she received a pro bono pledge award recognizing her volunteer work with the Housing Justice Project and the Foreclosure Mediation Outreach Project.
Outside the office, Hannah enjoys spending time with her husband and their two young sons.
