David Daniel focuses his practice on counseling real estate broker clients in their transactions, negotiations, problem-solving, and contract drafting. He maintains an active litigation and dispute resolution practice in both Washington and Oregon, primarily serving as defense counsel for broker clients. David is certified by the state of Washington as a continuing education instructor and frequently teaches clock-hour courses to real estate professionals in all aspects of real estate law. David joined Demco Law Firm in 2003 immediately after law school and became a shareholder in 2013. He graduated cum laude from Seattle University School of Law in 2003.
In his free time, Dave enjoys playing chess, golf, strumming his guitar, and cheering on the Seahawks and Colorado Buffaloes.
