Erica Kim joined the firm in 2026 and is a member of the Washington State Bar Association. She earned her B.A. in Communications with a minor in Law, Societies, and Justice from the University of Washington and earned her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law.
Prior to joining the firm, Erica worked as a Trademark Examining Attorney at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, where she examined trademark applications and advised on registrability issues under federal trademark law. She also worked as a mortgage loan originator and enjoyed helping her clients with the mortgage process. Erica’s practice now focuses on real estate litigation.
In her free time, Erica enjoys skiing, traveling, and yoga.
